BRT Consulting is a Building Services specialist which has been in operation since 1946.

The current principals are Mark Dinning, Wayne Thomson and Samuel Thorn, who together with their highly skilled personnel, have successfully completed an extensive diversity of projects.

BRT’s philosophy is to 'meet the needs and expectations of the client'. Not only to meet the immediate technological needs of the brief, but also to provide systems (where practical and economically feasible) that allow flexibility for future growth and change.

BRT believes that systems must reach inherent and often unstated requirements (often overlooked by designers) that incorporate:

a) accurate and reliable function
b) total focus on the needs of management, operating staff and occupants
c) alleviation of nuisances such as noise, drafts, temperature differentials and glare
d) conformation with architectural themes and aesthetics
